"staff were friendly and helpful, amenities were great and family friendly, pool area was great and meals we had there were up to or above expected. One waitress in the breakfast area, Bridgit, stood out with excellent customer service as I had laryngitis and couldn't talk much and as soon as she knew, she offered to make me a hot honey and lemon drink for my breakfast drink. This happened 2 days in a row and I was very appreciative of her care and attention. Well done Bridgit :-)"

"What an incredible stay. From the very start meeting the incredibly charming & lovely Micheal on the front door dealing with our car, he went above & beyond, a true legend. To the champagne on arrival, the outstanding room & pool then to top it off, cause it was my 50th the room had chocolates, card, gifts & spa treatments for me & my guest as a generous gift. "We had an amazing stay at Oceans. The view from our room was outstanding , it overlooking the beach and the esplanade which was always a hive of activity, with shops and restaurants directly below. The terrace was huge and undercover which was a bonus in the very hot weather. The apartment was 2 bedrooms and the living area was huge. The kitchen was well equipped, with a Nespresso machine with capsules supplied (you could by extra from reception)and the 2 bathrooms were very spacious, with...
