"If you enjoy a more intimate, smaller property, La Gemma is exceptional. Pefectly located near central Florence, yet quiet and very attractive. The rooms and public areas are very well maintained and spotless. I enjoyed the smart decor and tasteful details.
The staff including concierge and reception were always on-point and eager to assist. Our room was well appointed with thoughtful amenities. Housekeeping was also very sharp with turndown and upkeep. We did not have time to eat at the...
"Unmatched luxury and Florentine charm! Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi offers impeccable service, gorgeous historic spaces, and hands down the best rooftop views of the Duomo in the city."
"Our stay was perfect. We were given an upgrade due to the fact that it was our honeymoon. The staff was very kind and they work hard at pampering all guests. Property and rooms are extremely clean. Not sure if we went at a good time but the hotel was not crowded at all. Easy access to spa and other amenities which are also super clean. Loved our stay here, definitely the best hotel stay we’ve had"
"As expected. Room was clean, I wish the ac did not reset each time we left the room. Also staff needs to check that all lights works properly. The light next to the bed did not turn off.
They asked if we did not mind being charged a service fee of 40 euro. ? Why do we have to pay extra? I hate tipping in the States and was disappointed being asked in Italy."
"The staff at the Floren were incredible and frequently went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent one. I can't recommend them strongly enough."
"The most beautiful hotel in the heart of Chianti. The service was above and beyond. Everything about this charming hotel was amazing. We cannot wait to go back."
