"The staff is very helpful, loaning us the MyKi card for transport. The tram stop is just outside the hotel. very convenient. The room is spacious and well-designed, providing ample storage space."

"It is in a laneway so not the grand entranve style hotel, but only one street away from trams, pubs, coffee shops and food. All within the free tram zone, which is an excellent service the city of Melbourne provides. Also leas than 2 mins walk to the old trolle tram 35 - melbournes tourism tram - also free - go melbourne"

"The hotel had a quirky and pleasant vibe. Despite not fitting in with the trendy crowd that seemed to frequent the place, we felt warmly welcomed by the staff. The hotel decor predominantly consisted of black shades, which lent a unique look to the place. However, the dark-colored lifts could be a bit intimidating for anyone with a fear of them. "My daughter and I loved the amazing views from our room . The mirror in the bathroom , not fogging up , was an unexpected surprise. My teen daughter’s first experience in a first class hotel and it won’t be her last ! Next shopping trip already on the cards . "
