"They need to renovate all floors below floor 6. It is very deceiving especially if you have booked a sea view room and you are in a room below floor 6. All the rooms on these floors are very outdated! even the foyers on each floor. Both parts to the hotel from floor 1-6 and above are completely different. You go from old fashioned, dark and dingy, to light, modern, nice tech."

"Booked this stay last minute in an emergency due to a family member being admitted into Rhodes Town Hospital.
It was absolutely lush, the staff couldnt do anymore for us to make us feel welcome and accommodating our needs.
We booked a spa treatment that came with the bonus of spa access for the duration of our stay. Due to the weather being stormy this became invaluable.
The room was upgraded to a sea view, and it was spotless clean and although wasnt setup as a twin, the beds were that big...

"According to it’s service it should not have five stars; no room service after 11 p.m. though it should be 24 hrs. No one was answering in the reception, I was calling since 11:30. No drinking water in the room though there was a fridge in the room. And when I went to the reception and asked from where can I have water, he replied that everything is closed at 12 a.m. even the bar and gave me a bottle of water.
All the restaurants are closed even before 11 p.m., we wanted to have dinner at...

"Whilst room accommodation itself was decent, the private pool itself needed some attention, missing tiles, poor quality of finishing etc.. and so cold it was very uncomfortable to use, the main pool was the same extremely cold temperature, the sea was warmer. General upkeep of the surrounding areas to the rooms was poor with plates left outside with remnants of in-room dining for 24-48hours, and in many areas. Pool lights remain on 24hrs per day, such that the light shone through the open plan...

"- Kamer (standaard met zwembadzicht)
* Moderne uitstraling
* Alles was aanwezig dat we moesten hebben. Jammer dat je voor kluisje moet bijbetalen
* Enkel douche moet nieuwe silicone krijgen (lek)
* Bedden iets aan hardere kant, maar wisten we
* Kamer die we hadden wel vlak tegen zwembadbar. Dus in avond veel lawaai van animatie of mensen
- Eten
* All in is wel uitgebreid (ijsjes, pizza, gyros, gewoon restaurant, dranken en cocktails)
* Eten was meestal goed op smaak, wel veel in...

"We had such a lovely stay at Rodos Park. What really made it special was the staff. From the bellboys to the restaurant and bar teams, everyone was so welcoming and helpful, and nothing was ever too much bother.
The evening food in the restaurant was delicious and felt much more like a fine dining experience. It was a real highlight of our stay, made even better by the lovely service.
We stayed in the executive suite, which was wonderfully spacious and comfortable, with a lovely large balcony...
