"The restaurant serves the most delicious local foods! Service is excellent. We had an amazing diner, and we were very sad to miss the breakfast buffet since our flight was very early am. I look forward to staying at this hotel again next time I fly to Quito."

"What a gorgeous and well designed hotel. We absolutely loved our stay. The only 4 star given was due to the dining experience. The restaurant and rooftop restaurant are gorgeous. The food was fabulous, but the staff on all 4 occasions that we dined there left us sitting for long lengths of time without clearing dishes, not filling our coffee, no suggestion of additional beverage or dessert and then waiting for our bill up to 30 minutes with no communication what so ever. "Hotel location directly on the central plaza is amazing. All Old Town Quito attractions are within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is stunning, beautiful historic decor. Room was beautiful. The best part of our stay however was the staff, so warm and welcoming. They paid attention to every detail and provided great service. Breakfast was delicious, wish we could have stayed longer "
