"The place was very outdated and none of the staff was able to communicate easily. It also appeared that a lot of the staff wasn't sure how and what to answer, when asked a question. It also turns out that everything closes very early within the hotel. I'm not sure if that's a function of rules and regulations of the town or of the hotel."

"I loved every thing in this hotel. Restaurant deal for breakfast and dinner were excellent. The food varieties did not find in other hotel like them. I hope in the future if they can put a detailed description of the food contents especially if it has pork or wine."

"Staff is rude and uninformed. This should be a 3 star hotel. Staff purposefully tried to cheat me out of 1000 yuan deposit. How shameful."

"It is a good hotel but it commits the same mistake like other hotels in Winter, turn off room air-conditioning which makes the air inside the room stuffy and hot while outside is cold. However, the management responded very professionally and resumed air-conditioning within a few hours."
