"The property was great loved the personal jacuzzi and the pool. I didn’t like I was able to get the kabobs off the grill it wasn’t a part of the menu. I left my Apple Watch on the food cart. I only stayed there for 1 night because I was staying at their sister hotel for 5 days. And we couldn’t check in during my early arrival. However, they had someone bring my watch over and security brought it to my room. I was very appreciative of that because we didn’t rent a car and would have had to Uber there and then back."

"A near perfect stay at The Hilton palm Jumeirah. From checking-in, where Jessica at the front desk amazingly helped us by securing the best room configurations for our large group…with a smile, to the friendly security, concierge, valet, room cleaning, poolside and breakfast restaurant staff… it’s the team that made the experience infinitely valuable for me and my family. Lovely new and clean hotel, second largest Hilton property in Dubai (I am led to believe), with customer service central to its offering. The only minor annoyance is the location in relation to the main trunk toad of the Palm where the entrance is located just after the junction to the main trunk road; this means a circa 4 minute additional drive around the perimeter road to exit the Palm. Highly recommend this property/hotel/resort to anyone wishing to stay in Dubai, especially on the Palm. Thanks again."
