"I had a nice and peaceful time at this lovely hotel. The room was modern and had a relaxing aura to it. The raised hot tub was the highlight of the room. The air conditioning was a plus, and I loved the natural light coming in through the large windows. My particular room didn't have a view, but having access to a communal balcony was a great perk. "We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. "Buongiorno Ho soggiornato 9gg nell'hotel e devo dire che complessivamente il mio soggiorno è stato bello Hotel bello con vista bella dalla camera sempre pulita con cambio frequente della biancheria Il personale del reception molto cordiale e sorridente soprattutto Maria persona speciale che ci ha fatto sentire come fossimo a casa. Secondo la mia esperienza ci sono alcune cose da migliorare ( vedi il buffet piccolo e limitato per il numero delle persone....aspetto delle camere direi...

"We stayed for 2 weeks and it was great. Only thing to watch out for is if you plan to rent a car. Garage is pretty tight entering and exiting the hotel can be challenging. Lots of scrapes on the bottom of my rental due to steep ramps. Other than that, staff was friendly, they know English, comfortable beds, great and well priced onsite restaurant, and a decent view."
