"Very cool hotel, brilliant location with the best views"

"Room was not ready, told I'd would get a text and by 3.30pm I went to the front desk and asked what's happening I've got no text, they forgot. Room key given and by this the time we got in there was no dipped strawberries, champagne and cake on arrival as requested few days earlier. Bathtub was muddy brown water for ages and bathroom sick was explosive and spraying water everywhere."

"Incredibly quiet room with nice bed and pillows. They even had a pillow menu. Room has fridge and coffee machine and hot water pot. Great shower and bathtub. I was welcomed to a personal note in the room upon my arrival and guests also received notes notifying us of a time change. Pool and spa area was also nice. Lovely hotel experience. Easy to walk to opera house and to the tram."
