"Mixed vibes from the staff, they were very friendly during break and when we checked out, however, upon our arrival, the guy at the reception was far from being friendly.... The rooms themselves could use a good refurbishment.... The wood had holes in it from a long decay plus there were strains everywhere. Breakfast is a bit odd as well, they will make an omelette or a nice cup of cappuccino for you, but you have to ask and sometimes no one is present near the relevant stations"

"The resort looks good but isn’t maintained at all the toilet was leaking into the room and the maintenance crew didn’t show up even after many calls the road leading up to the hotel is closed for very big works not a normal closure looks like it will be long before they are easily accessible by car and the staff wasn’t really helpful i guess because we are off season"

"Top Hotel in perfekter Lage am Nissi Beach. Für uns rundum ein Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen. Essen (HP gebucht) ausgezeichnet und abwechslungsreich, Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Man merkt die 5* wie wir finden in allen Bereichen. Ausstattung in der von uns gebuchten Suite sehr modern. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze für Mietautos zur Verfügung. Alles top, gerne wieder."

"The beach was nice and quiet but the view from the pool is obstructed by an unsightly plastic massage tent. The rooms are a great size with comfy beds... pillows could be a lot better. It is a shame that the fridge in the room is not replenished daily like other 5 star hotels. The AI cocktails are awful as they use lemon squash instead of freshly squeezed lemons or limes. The hotel looks like a 5 star but sadly operates as a 3-4 star hotel, so if you lower your expectations you will have a great...
