"Another excellent stay, the staff are very friendly and helpful, across the road is the Tides Hotel in the same ownership where you can dine, the food is first class with great staff I would strongly recommend staying here. "

Good location, It was close to everything, but far enough away that you didnt get late night revellers or early morning walkers - less than 5min walk to the city centre, less than 2min walk to an awesome walking path. Room amenities were awesome - coffee pod or plunger, as well the normal sachets you expect to find, there was actual loose leaf tea and a decent tea pot to use or again the normal tea bags you find everywhere. Would definitely recommend Sails"
