"Very nice services Location Cleaning"

"This place is absolutely beautiful. I love that it is city center and a convenient walk to many of the shops, bus stops and delicious eateries. It does get a little noisy at night as the cars go by, bring your night time ear plugs unless youre immune to city noise:) Overall top tier service! & the staff were all amazing."

"It couldn't have been in a more beautiful location. The views were stunning. The staff was friendly and the food was truly delicious. Vacationing with young children was easy, and they were met with genuine warmth."

"Wonderful front desk staff and beautiful place"

"Nice hotel and a good location in town and short drive to many wineries (5 minute walk to restaurants). Quiet. Outdoor private hot tub is not heated (so was not really useable in October)."

"I had the most wonderful stay with Knossos Beach! It was end of season, and I knew that, but the hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful even though they must be exhausted from a long tourist season. Everyone was so genuinely friendly, and especially the women working in the buffet were the best part of every day--they made every moment extra special and I truly hope to return for another stay where I can see them again. Shower and toilet were separate which was very good. Bathroom space for products is limited. Bed was comfortable. Coffee (pods) / tea amenities good. Balcony overlooking the Port was good. Location was very good with the archaeological museum a few mins walk. Restaurants plenty nearby. We had to leave before breakfast was available and...

"Cleanliness, staffs attention, excellent food, great location"

"We have just returned from our sixth stay, and once again we had such a wonderful time. From the delicious food and beautiful facilities to the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, everything made our stay special. You can really feel that the entire team cares about making guests feel comfortable and well looked after. The only thing that didn’t cooperate this time was the weather, but despite that, we had an excellent and relaxing time. After visiting six times, I think that says...

"Excellent location and great facilities! Meals were great!"

"Super hôtel, bon rapport qualité prix. Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas avoir facilement des bouteilles d’eau dans le pack all inclusive."

"Emplacement merveilleux et un avis positif sur l'établissement. A améliorer, manque d'animation en fin de soirée. A revoir absolument ( music live) qui sont d'une autre époque Dommage"
