"I had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Rio de Janeiro Copacabana. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent.
The doormen were always so helpful getting me in and out of the car, which I really appreciated. The restaurant was excellent, and the service there was consistently attentive and professional.
I also have to give a special mention to the room service. It was spot on every single time — my orders were always accurate, delivered promptly, and the staff were so friendly, kind,...
"This hotel was very safe, clean, and comfortable. However, I woukd have preferred to have a coffee/tea maker in my room instead of the minibar. The staff, especially Felipe (front desk) and Almir (breakfast server) were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Their smiles brightened our days. "I would say this is a mid quality hotel when it comes to the rooms and finishings of the property. The location is a plus being right across the street from the beach."
"Our stay at Santa Teresa Hotel Rio was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and impeccable service. The hotel perfectly combines luxury, comfort, and the unique charm of Rio's Santa Teresa neighbourhood. The rooms were elegant, the facilities outstanding, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
A special mention must go to the breakfast team. Aroldo, Tomas, and Tony were truly fantastic every morning. Their...
"Hola!! Si vas de vacaciones a Río el lugar para alojarte es “el Janeiro”. Creo que 5 estrellas es poco. Desde la atención, el servicio, la excelencia de su personal en cada una de las áreas, la mejor ubicación de todo Río y cada detalle demuestra que NADA fue liberado al azar en este hotel. MARAVILLOSO. Gracias, sin duda pronto volveremos."
