"Staff was courteous and everyone at the spa was friendly. However they are a little outdated in some things. The WiFi is very inconsistent and doesn’t work in the spa and bathing areas. Most of the front desk staff isn’t very fluent in English. I like that the housekeepers clean the rooms daily without being asked, but l still had to ask for some basic things, like making sure bathtub had been cleaned thoroughly (even after leaving a tip) Overall, the pools were wonderful.
