"Had a great time at our stay of 2 days. Quite place wake up to the noice of the birds is peaceful. View of the jungle is beautiful. The pool is very nice and clean. Place around is under construction and so are the roads. Only concerning thing is the roads which are very bumpy and could be a challenge to get there. I would recommend this place to anyone that visits Tulum."

"La propiedad es moderna, comoda, la lavanderia ecxelente, el gimnasio necesita arreglosasi como aire acondicionado por las mananas (lo encienden hasta la tarde). Alberca es agradable, estacionamiento adecuado. Aire acondicionado dentro de la unidad es muy bueno, camas y muebles en buen estado. Privacidad y silencio asi como seguridad son acceptables. Areas comunes necesitan mas atencion, el personal no es activo."

"BT Homes does not communicate well. They were not timely in responding to sending us to the wrong location. Then when there were issues with the toilets and lack of coffee maker, broken electric kettle, and no hand towels. They just filled the shampoo, conditioner and soap with water to be full. Big hole in the bed room door. They did not respond to questions or concerns with the stay. Do not stay here!!"
