"Uniqueness"

"Great old time hotel. Beautiful garden. Were large room well appointed. It is so good to be able to open a window. Good size (like full) 2 beds, excellent mattress. Bathroom is great even by Japanese standards. Spa treatments definitely a plus. Terrific stuff, competent and eager to help. Restaurant was ok. Bus stop was across the street."

"El personal fue lo máximo"

"A 5 star experience in a wonderful wooded area of the city. Striking design and great ambience combined with top level amenities, excellent food and friendly staff make the stay at this hotel an experience that I will always remember. Get ready to be spoiled when staying at this hotel! Part of the amenities also includes plenty of parking and a free shuttle service to the train station."

"No power"

"The hotel facility is very old like last century. The bath was not maintained clean given the high hotel paid. Not much amenities can be used but the only thing is nature appreciation if you are in that category. Overall it’s not worth the money."

"I would like to say thank you to all staff members at Espacio Nagoya Castle Hotel for providing such warm hospitality and high quality service. All staff members at the hotel were kind and very professional in taking my requests even after business hours with detail and sophisticated manner. I would highly recommend staying at Espacio Nagoya Castle to all my friends."

"Good"

"Beautiful surroundings, service was lovely. Peaceful and serene. Food was beautifully prepared. It would be nice to have a little more direction in how to actually take part in Japanese style bathing for those of us less familiar but there were other patrons around who helped acquaint me with things."

"La Neige is a great hotel, the staff is perfect, I want to come back, the premises are beautiful, so elegant, and at a good price, there’s no onsen, but no problem, there are options a few minutes away, and the hotel have an excellent transportation service. I definitely want to come back. 5 stars "

"Very relaxing and authentic experience. The meals were so elaborate and delicious! Beautiful setting."

"Great house with parking in an excellent location. Amazing communication with staff through email and locally. Always ready to assist. House itself was very convenient for us with great comfy beds and washer/dryer unit. won’t fit those that have hard time going up and down the stairs from the main floor to bedrooms. Breakfast at the nearby hotel (1 min walk) was also excellent."
