"Lobby was grand and big, typical of Lotte style. Our first impression of the porter when we get off the taxi, he was grouchy and not welcoming at all. There's also a queuing system for check in if you arrive before the official check in time at 1500. Seldom see this practices in other hotels. Even with the queuing ticket issued, you are only allowed to come back and check in earliest at 1430 onwards. Room was smaller and very dated! No smart TV and only one international plug at the desk area....

"Service was quite meh - reception staff was not helpful when asking for more info, seemed distant and cold. Worse was the over-crowded executive lounge - crazy long wait of at least 30 min so we gave up on our free welcome champagne. There was no offer to send to our room despite the wait. Long queue at breakfast too and paid USD50 per pax so not worth it - could be the weekend but hotel needs to cater for this."

"A room with a gorgeous beach view.. So comfortable and always well prepared for the day.. The staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. The location is excellent and its surroundings are beautiful! We would stay there again!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Wyndham in Busan. The amenities and facilities were exceptional. The room was extremely clean and serviced well. I cannot fault the staff on their service either. They were very professional, attentive, and certainly provide the kind of service you would expect at a 5 star property. It was a pleasure staying here, and I really hope I can come back soon."
