"What a greeting from doorman Chris as we arrived !! So full of knowledge and stories about this historic property. And then the Reception staff could not do enough for us - absolutely first class and made our stay with an 8mth old memorable. Slight disappointment with the room service team - comms weren’t great and food arrived 1.20hrs later, and wasn’t good. But likely a very busy night for the kitchen.
