"Fantastic hotel. Located in centrally to shopping and transportation. The staff were so helpful and friendly. And the breakfast buffet was unbelievable. So much variety and cuisines. Looking forward to our next visit to KL"

"From the moment we arrived rather hot and bothered at The Mandarin Oriental, we were made to feel welcome by the doormen, the reception staff, the luggage men. Had a welcome drink and cool flannel, room was ready an hour earlier than check in and special mention to Adit who always remembered our names and upgraded us to a park view( fabulous). The opulence and detail of the hotel was incredible. The room staff even put cable ties ( posh ones) on our phone and hair straightener leads to keep them...

"For those travelling long distance my advice is get the hotel to book a taxi for you. When you exit the arrivals the younbglad is there and gives directions as to where to get the taxi. It's an hour from the airport to the hotel. The location is excyans I would strongly advise the Sky Bar. The Petronas Towers are straight in front of you. Hotel staff are exceptional, respectful and nothing is a problem. Well worth the stay...."

"The room is very spacious and fashionably decorated. The view is also unbeatable from its height. Since the hotel is quite new, the shopping mall next to the hotel is still under construction. Their lounge is located on the 75th floor where you can enjoy a drink with unobstructed view."
