"Spa was exceptional."

"Excellent resort..really good location and regular bus service to the nearest shopping "

"Very dirty bathroom, faulty shower, rusted and full of limescale. Cats in the restaurant, cockroaches in the lobby area. Definitely not worth the money I paid and the rating of the hotel is missleading."

"Excellent place I went 2nd time with my family never been disappointed"

"Good for money 4 stars hotel, for 5 stars need to do some improvements "

"Lovely stay with Rixos! Amazing facilities, especially for the kids. The Rixy kids club is incredible. Shadi and Zeki on the guest relation team were excellent and really contributed to a wonderful time for all"

"I have stayed in dozens of All inclusive resorts and this one stands below average in this type of hotel experience, they should make changes into their concept and have an entertaining atmosphere to be able to compete with other resorts and of course it’s a good idea to have more protein options in main meals and please serve sparkling drinks like cola in main restaurant! but honestly their rooms are very nice and comfortable and clean and renovated, I enjoyed being in my room😅"
