"We had the worst experience at this hotel. We reserved and paid in full six months in advance because we planned to meet our relatives from Ukraine and spend time around this area. When we arrived, the staff transferred our reservation to another hotel without our consent. They claimed due to electrical issue in the room. "Possibly the best hotel in the world. Beautiful location, wonderful food and friendly staff who go above and beyond. Our son loved the heated swimming pool and nearby adventure park. The kids club was also great. My wife has food allergies and normally finds it tricky in hotels; however, the staff in every restaurant were able to suggest alternatives and specially prepared dishes for her. "Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees. We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room. "We liked the Infinity pool but the deck around it was falling apart and there was bird poop all over the railings and the deck for the entire week we were there without being cleaned. The first breakfast we had outside a very large seagull took our food right off our plates and it happened to another couple upstairs those birds are a big problem. We did like our room very much and the hotel is beautiful. We would not return."
