"Clean room and extremely accommodating"

"The property, cleanliness and staff are great. The beds are comfortable and our room size was superb for a city hotel. The breakfast is outstanding and definitely should not be missed. The big minus point is they don't give milk (small containers that hotels use) for your tea or coffee in the room and it is troublesome to call housekeeping and get some milk to the room especially when you just wake up and want a nice cup of coffee! The mini fridge doesn't cool as well as it should too."

"Beautiful property and excellent location, but unfortunately this was not the level of service one would expect from an international 5-star hotel. During our stay: * The bathtub faucet was not functioning properly. * A toiletry pouch disappeared from our room after housekeeping service. * We experienced an unacceptable interaction at breakfast on our final morning. While some staff members were professional and helpful, service quality was inconsistent and did not reflect international luxury...

"I am obsessed with trains. I didn't pick a train side room because I knew the river was what I wanted more on this trip. but I wish I could've done both at the same time! The staff was courteous and knowledgable. I had to leave too early for breakfast and they offered and it was packed it for me. there is a kettle in the room! this is gold! and they were so good with when I really should leave for the airport and getting the taxi."
