"The hotel itself is beautiful, the pools are mostly great. We had a swim up room and the pool outside was the worst pool of all, the window sill had caved in, the pool floor damaged, the fan control broken, pillows uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend the room type for the price we paid but the hotel is great. The service wasn’t fantastic, we weren’t advised where amenities such as gym were on check in and later found out we had to leave the resort and cross the road to access."

"Cons: The hotel parking was full and the street parking was full, being a Saturday night. We ended up parking a few blocks away. The breakfast was very underwhelming and basic for the price. Pros: The room was very clean and the staff were friendly."

"i was happy with the service. i was unhappy as i had requested a room with a good view (ie over the pool) as it was a special occasion, the booking was made months ago, and we got view over the street. happy with the room, very disappointing with the view/ location of the room. "

"Unfortunately we had to cut our holiday short due to a family emergency, we were happy to have credit/new dates for the remaining nights, but unfortunately Expedia or the hotel would not honour this so we lost 3 nights accommodation!"
