"From when we arrived until when we left, the staff were truly outstanding. As an example, we needed tickets to an event, and a member of staff escorted my wife and I as to where we could buy the tickets. Fabulous customer service! Recommendations on where to eat, places to go, nothing was too much for Wim, concierge Nicola, and the other staff to help us with. Bravo Team Wagner! Forza Rosanero!"

"A beautiful place surrounded by nature. The service is good, although it can sometimes feel a little disorganized. The rooms, however, offer poor value for money for a five-star hotel. At over €1,000 per night for a Deluxe Room, I expected a much higher standard. That said, the setting itself is absolutely stunning, and in my opinion, it is the most beautiful hotel in Cefalù."

"Place is magnificent…. Just make sure you lock up your valuables."

"The loveliest hotel just a short walk from the shops and beach. Everyone was helpful. And the breakfast was more than expected!"
