"Our stay was pleasant. Our suite was very clean. The bed pillows and sheets were very good, we slept wery well. The rooms are quiet.
We never heard any noise from adjoining rooms or even the hallway. I didn't care for the wardrobe cabinet being outside the bedroom.
Bathroom was spacious. Nice fluffy towels. The step into, or more accurately the "climb into" the tub/shower was very high. This was definitely a safety risk even after the hotel provided us with a rubber anti-slip mat for the tub...
"الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة والمنطقة المحيطة جميلة لكن معاملة الاستقبال كانت غير جيدة أبدا حيث اننا حجزنا ٤ غرف لكنهم اعطونا ٣ غرف وقالوا ان حجز الغرفة الرابعة غير موجود وكانوا يتعاملون معنا بطريقة غير مهذبة ولم نتمكن من إقناعهم بحجزنا للغرفة الرابعة الا بعد الاتصال بخدمة عملاء هوتيل حيث قاموا ولهم الشكر الجزيل بالتواصل معهم لتسليمنا الغرفة المفقودة "
"This was the most luxurious stay! So glad we booked it! We were not thrilled with our room, which was tiny beyond tiny and unfortunately faced the street and was quite loud until really late at night even though there is nothing below, just people walking by, talking, laughing but somehow acoustics travels strange. That was room #215. But we didn’t bother with changing it, I regret that. But…the hotel itself, the service, the friendliness of all staff, the breakfast is simply...

"Good sized comfortable room in the back building. Quality bedding and toiletries. Problems with aircon - would not go lower than 22c.
No coffee making in room, only tea. This was a shame although coffee from the downstairs cafe was reasonable.
Breakfast offer was extensive and so fresh and the staff were exceptional, special mention to April.
The brasserie was good although several options nearby.
Would recommend this hotel and would consider staying again."
