"Great hotel in a good location. Room was lovely with good views. Lost a star on our rating as our welcome gift of wine and charcuterie wasn't received and the gent at reception who checked us in wasn't helpful at all too busy chatting and whilst acknowledging we were owed it just kept pushing us to ask others - in the end we had to add the wine to our room. The lady at checkout was very apologetic and restored our faith a little in the staff as she refunded the glasses of wine. Such a shame as...

"Generally the property was clean and well maintained. The problem I had was resolved quickly and in a very good way THE PROBLEM IS THE RESTAURANT. The cooking station of omelets etc is terrible, the omelets you always get it cold and burnt, fried eggs cold and burnt. THE SAUSAGES ARE TERRIBLE. Please change the type of sausages or suppliers. They are always hard and taste like you are eating sand. I think it is not the cooking but type of sausages. I have not eaten such terrible tasting...

"I was very happy with this hotel, but the pool was closed with major renovations in progress,so I could not rate the amenities excellent. I look forward to returning to this property when the new pool is completed. Excellent location"
