"Great for hotel for the kids . * Rooms are small but clean * Pool carbana is a must as shade is very limited around the pool * food is average at best * the whole resort is tired and just a bit thrashed * location is great & the staff are friendly and helpful"

"We went to a wedding and the place was beautiful. Big resort but wonderful areas to enjoy beach and pools. Highly recommend."

"Great"

"Great kids club"

"My room was comfortable and I liked the daily refill of water bottles. Lots of dining options and good food. Nice breakfast buffet. The resort is massive, which at times made it feel impersonal."

"الفندق كبير جدا يصلح للعوائل، وآمن ، قريب من كل شيء المحلات والمطاعم والبحر... "

"Felt like an upscale hostel. Originally had sunrise room but it was awful. The mirrors were dark, layout not practical and room was very small. There is no wardrobe space, Definitely not for families. Had to pay for an upgrade for 4 rooms which was extremely expensive but needed because we had no room. The next category up is island suite. Room was more suitable. Food was terrible. Choice for breakfast was limited especially being there for 8 nights. Restaurant food choice was also limited....

"Huge great resort with very friendly staff ..thank you patra resort for such a nice hosting "

"We loved it here! The staff are so friendly! We didn’t pass anyone without a smile and a greeting. The room was really comfortable- the air conditioning was so great- it was actually quiet so I could sleep with it on! A welcome change! The pool was clean. There is staff present everywhere- so if you need anything it’s easy to get it. Location is just a short stroll to lots of restaurants and shops. The buffet breakfast at the hotel is amazing- one of the best I’ve seen! We highly recommend!"
