"Overall, we had a good stay at The Zuri White Sands, Goa Resort & Casino. The property is beautiful, the staff members were consistently friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good variety and was enjoyable. We also had dinner at the coffee shop café, which was very good. We tried the Japanese restaurant as well. While the ambiance was elegant and the service was excellent, we felt the food did not meet our expectations given the...

"Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website The rooms were not clean or maintained The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store) Hot water was not working in the room The...

Our room was on the 3rd floor of one of the annexes, and was wonderful, - beautifully appointed, with a balcony overlooking the excellent pool. The staff were very friendly and gave...

Following communication before we went on this matter it was then confirmed our original booking would stand. However when we arrived for the first two and a half days of the 7 night stay we were constantly battling with the hotel as they only had us staying for 2 nights and again wanted to move us to this sister hotel. It was very...
