"Although we didnt get the room upgrade or the VIP access. The hotel was amazing and the staff was very hospitable whenever we asked for something. Even when we noticed rude and entitled tourists talking to some of the staff, rhey were professional. Kudos! Thank you for a great first experience in Bangkok to celebrate our 24th Anniversary 😍"

"The breakfast need to increase the quality, especially the bakery and pastry, need more choice, the coffee from the coffee machine is not hot enough, and the coffee should be better. The room is excellent, except the shower and the bath tub is too crowded. The room need a stand for the luggage storage. Overall, the comment is excellent."

"I stay in Shangri La bangkok on 13 May 2024...front office staff helpful ! Breakfast oso not bad...the hotel ferry to ICON Siam good idea but ended up 5.30pm evening too early, last ferry shld be ending 7pm or 7 30pm from ICON Siam much convenient for hotel guest...at least let hotel guest finished their dinner n take last ferry ride 7pm or 7.30pm better...5.30pm ferry ride too early...otherwise hotel is good ! I m from Singapore. "

Staff are helpful, esp the on ground staff and housekeeping staff are really polite. Would def recommend. Gym is a little small for such a big property if you are looking to hit the hotel gym but just all in all highly recommend! "
