Staff notified client of incorrect charge of a food item that was meant to be removed from the bill. Staff actioned promptly either to wait for manager for the refund or to be directly deposited back to the account. Front reception staff are friendly. Front Luggage Porter was quick to handle our luggages for ease...

"Generally good stay. For some of the days the open areas around lobby were over utilised for a conference or something, leaving hotel guests no space to sit and work, which didn’t seem right given its location and services are more aligned to a city or corporate hotel. Gym very good, food good, staff helpful, overall a great stay."

"Fantastic room with such a thoughtful and cute kids amenities, top level service, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food and speedy response when I had to contact them for lost item after check out. Incredible experience!"

"立地は素晴らしい😀清掃は行き届いている👌シャワー設備が古く他のホテルに比べて機能的でない🙅"

"Room service trays could be collected more regularly. A tray in our hallway was left for over 6 hours, which detracted from the overall experience."
