"Really bad experience with this hotel. We made a booking at this hotel for my father’s birthday who is 84. I contacted the hotel to explain that he could not travel (his doctors forbade him to travel due to a viral respiratory complication he developed) and we offered to provide official medical proof. The hotels completely shut down the communication and were extremely unhelpful and showed no compassion. I will never book or stay at a hotel that would avoid to deal with a situation like this...

Room was nice and quiet but could have been cleaner (my partner found hairs on the floor that weren't ours), it also needed to be better maintained; a fair number of marks, toilet seat not sitting properly/moving, the bathroom door scraping/catching on the floor. Going back to the breakfasts these seem to get good...
