"Everything about this hotel was amazing. We were delighted to be picked up from the airport and greeted at the hotel with drinks. The caldera view is breathtaking and the open air gym was a nice surprise. The included breakfast is great, with a made to order menu plus buffet overlooking the caldera. We stayed in the cave suite with private jetted tub, highly recommend. We will be back!"

"They claim this is a 5 star hotel, but I've stayed at nicer budget chain motels. They provided communal cheap soaps, no other toiletries. The drains are horrible and the putrid smell of poop is eye watering in the bathrooms. Keeping the bathroom door shut tight and your windows open is the only way you cam keep the room fresh enough to sleep. The breakfast is fairly ok, if you get there right as it opened.
