"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is nice if you’re looking for a quieter area to stay in but keep in mind that bus options are limited from Imerovigli. Room was very spacious and clean. We opted for a room with a plunge pool, not totally private as there is a walkway in front of the rooms but it didn’t really bother us. Main pool is very nice, breakfast wasn’t bad. Very nice place if you’re looking for a chill option where you’re looking to spend some time in your hotel room."

For a 5 star hotel and the amount paid, I was shocked to find out that bottled water wasn't even complimentary - I've stayed in many hotels (3* - 5*) and bottled water has always been complimentary. 2. "Amazing hotel with everything you need in a most breathtaking location. We loved everything from the communication with the staff before and during our stay. We had the half board option which was convenient for us after a long day of travel and it was so nice sitting out for our breakfast as well. Selections were more than enough and the staff was great!
