"The hotel really gave it a great effort. The rooms. we had three, were fine. The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be. The only real issue was the hotel was too far from the historical areas. If your in Lisbon for none tourist stuff, it would be a great choice."

"Sofitel in Lisbon is NOT - 5⭐️ hotel. The rooms are tired and dusty. Mirrors were not clean. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable, with a big hump in the middle. The staff is not at all inclined to help. Asking for reservations for a restaurant was always impossible. All restaurants were booked supposedly but by ourselves, we could get reservations.
