"We had a wonderful family vacation at the Black Bass Hotel. The staff were fantastic and we received a very warm welcome. The view and the swimming pool is fantastic and we were also grateful to the staff for helping book a boat tour on the lake. Our skipper Jeremie was amazing too. The spa was also amazing and the therapists offered great treatments (amazing sports massage).

"تفاجأة عند الوصول بعدم وجود احد في الموقع واتضح فيما بعد انه لا يوجد استقبال 24 ساعه وبعدها شيكت على الايميل ووجدت انهم يبلغوني اذا وصلت اتصل على رقم موجود وفعلا جا واحد مغربي قمة في الاحترام والتعامل والرقي اعقد اسمه فوزي اشكره بشدة على ماقدمه
عموما الفندق جدا نظيف ورتب وموقعه في المدينه القديمه استراتيجي ومواقف السيارات تبعد عنه قرابة 3 دقايق مشي مقابل سعره فهو جدا مناسب"
"Nouvel établissement très propre, très confortable. L’appartement est bien équipé avec une literie de qualité. Salle de sport et espace piscine et bien être superbes. Service très pro et sympathique. Il peut faire un peu chaud dans les chambres les beaux jours d’été."
"Très bel résidence confortable, et adaptée pour les enfants de tout âge. Il y a une pataugeoire de 35cm à 32 degrés à côté de la piscine (qui n’est pas/peu visible sur la photos), en plus du jacuzzi/sauna/hammam.
L’accès au village est rapide, avec une petite montée.
Il y a aussi des chargeurs pour voiture électrique, 40ct/kwh"

What really stood out was the warm, attentive service from the team, who made the stay feel very personal and welcoming. A fantastic place to stay in Megève – we would happily return."
