"My trip was awesome from the Zen Spa to the shisha lounge. Also eating on the waters at Finz restaurant and enjoying some me time on my balcony. I was also recommended by Charles of a restaurant across from the resort which was great too. I highly recommend this resort!"

"The person at front desk was really nice. I didn’t get his name but he allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room to pool side view. All the staff were wonderful and friendly and breakfast was brill. The spa staff were really nice and showed me around. Made me feel really comfortable and safe. Great two swimming pools, Great to sit next to the pool in the evening for food and drinks from the restaurant, One Swimming pool is a hidden gem which is not obvious to find but great spot. Cocktail bar at the top is great with music and great views of the city....

"Some of the staff were amazing! The check in lady was so helpful and kind. As was the lady at the main entrance who always helped us super fast. The gentleman that dealt with taxis and cars outside - the main entrance manager was really rude and did not help at all. The concierge also never got back to us on the questions and help we needed. The room was very clean and service was great. We could not use the ocean for an unknown reason, no comp for that inconvenience. The outdoor pool was not...
