"Good location, walking distance to a lot of taco spots, parks, coffee shops etc. felt quite safe to be walking around even much later at night . only suggestion would be to have slightly brighter lighting in the room. But overall great hotel, friendly staff , good amenities. "

"The property was great since it was close to so many places. The management was very responsive except for the last day when all three of our rooms had our water supply shut off. Luckily we had bottled water to clean ourselves with. Overall the place is clean, accessible and safe. The last day when we left very early in the morning, the security guard stayed watch til we left to make sure we felt safe (since it was very early, no one was out)."

"Extraordinary housing choice. When planning our trip to CDMX we were worried about safety, and thought perhaps a hotel reservation would be better, but we had zero concerns the whole week. The apartment was impeccably clean, newly furnished, very comfortable, quiet. 24 hr doorman, elevator. We walked out to eat or explore multiple times daily. "Had a little trouble getting into the apartment at the beginning but the host was very helpful and really quick to respond. We arrived earlier than expected and he was kind enough to let us in early. All in all I would definitely recommend the place for how safe and clean it was "

There was also a very sketchy email asking for a verification prior to check in in which you had to pay a deposit. And nothing on the add mentioned a deposit. The bed sheets were old and didn’t feel clean. There was not bathroom matt outside the shower to dry the feet. The windows were dirty. Overall the apt felt dirty and the communication with the...
