"Several days before check-in, Cloud9 requested vaccination records for my cats. I asked where to send them and they said paste in in this chat. I did. 2 days later, I received a text records again. I said they had been submitted but pasted the records in the text. They texted back, welcomed me to my stay, and provided check-in details (apt number and wifi info). Later that day, I got a message on VRBO from Cloud9 asking for records again. At that point, it was past check-in and we were minutes...

"The property is actually two very large units so there's a lot of room. We like the Fulton Market area and it was a short walk. Plus it was super close to the Blue Line and a Starbucks, and other ships and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, both before our stay and during. Great stay!"

"The unit was clean, modern, and had an incredible view. The customer service team was responsive in the rare case there was an issue. Blueground generally does a good job with the units - I like them enough to have booked them again.The only complaint was that they claimed a need to withhold some of my security deposit. However their customer service team was responsive and refunded the full deposit after discussion. Be sure to take pics or a video as you leave."
