"The rooms were clean, the pool area was large and there are plenty of sun loungers. The food choices at the pool bar were good, we didn’t think it was too expensive either (e.g., €8 for an aperol spritz, €10 for a margarita pizza). The location was the best thing about this hotel. It’s about 10 minutes from the centre of Riva, and the walk is very accessible. Plenty of things to do in the centre of Riva too."
"Wir haben einen drei Generationen Urlaub gemacht, wir hatten ein sehr sauberes Zimmer eingerichtet, mit italienischen charme und das Reinigungspersonal war auch super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Snackbar war leicht zugänglich. Auch da waren die Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Arial ist ziemlich groß, sehr weitläufig. Man hat aber nicht das Gefühl in der Menschenmenge zu ersticken. Dadurch, dass es so groß ist, hat man nicht den Eindruck, dass es überlaufen ist. Wir fanden es...
"Servizi deludenti, manutenzione imprecisa, mancavano balsamo (solo su richiesta) e detergenti intimi (questi sconosciuti). Il bidè impraticabile per logistica del bagno. Colazione disordinata, qualitativamente di bassa lega con uova e pancetta fredde."
