"Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, and great location. It's a short walk to town where the restaurants are as well as a short walk to the train station."
"We felt..special. The land, sea, rolling green hills, church bells, birds; a true haven of quiet retreat. Exceptional morning buffet! Transportation & communication impeccable. Accommodations very lovely. A special thanks to Anita (sp?) for bringing the family history and sculptures/art alive! And Pier (?), we selected one of your recommendations, Osteria Tumelin, for our farewell seafood lunch. Bravo! We’ll be back & will recommend you!"
"Very traditional Italian seaside hotel, in a great location next to the Bay de Silencio. Very attentive service and staff, great breakfast options and generous rooms. Sestre Levante is close to the villages in Cinque Terra but has a completely different feel, more Italian tourists seem to stay here and it has great restaurant options. Of the various Ligurian seaside towns we have visited we like this place probably the best."
"A solid 5 stars. The staff was extremely helpful. They did 2 loads of laundry. One in the morning. The other in the afternoon and the price was very reasonable ($15). The breakfast buffet was good. It's hard to find a breakfast of more than pastries in Monterosso. The staff was friendly and helpful for anything. This hotel being very close to the beach was something I was looking for. They even have beach towels you can use. I'll be staying there again."

They been rude to me because I made one load of laundry staying 5 nights and made me pay 10 euro for that. Also been telling me that I did two loads instead one. I refused to pay for something I didn’t use. It should be told during check in that there is additional charges for laundry. They did not change the towels at all, leak in a shower and staffed sink. There...
"We had a pleasant 3-night stay overall. We particularly enjoyed the pool, the peaceful surroundings, and the generally good-quality food. The complimentary tea served daily from 5–6 pm was also a nice touch.
However, for a listed 4-star property, we found the experience somewhat underwhelming. Our room was clean but quite small. One day we found lots of ants coming in through the main room door.
There were also a few issues with the food. One evening we found a piece of plastic in our pasta....
