Nice place to stay if you're exploring the Cinque Terre area. You'll want a car though- it's not particularly walkable to the the Levanto train station or the town itself.

Place is in a middle of the mountain. Far away from the beach on a first picture which is very misaligning. The staff is unfriendly. They been rude to me because I made one load of laundry staying 5 nights and made me pay 10 euro for that. Also been telling me that I did two loads instead one. I refused to pay for something I didnā€™t use. It should be told during check in that there is additional charges for laundry. They did not change the towels at all, leak in a shower and staffed sink. There is no salt and pepper in a kitchen to cook, tiny soup for for 4 people to stay In general not worth the money and not pleasant people to communicate with

Sehr schƶnes Appartement fĆ¼r Ruhesuchende. Wer im Urlaub abschalten mƶchte und die Ruhe genieƟen mƶchte ist hier genau richtig. Die Terasse war fĆ¼r uns das Highlight unseres Appartements. Auf der groƟzĆ¼gigen Terasse unseres Appartements, welche in zwei Bereiche unterteilt war, konnten wir sehr gut entspannen und gemeinsam frĆ¼hstĆ¼cken oder Abendessen. Andere Appartements haben eine kleinere Terasse mit einem Bereich. Ein Pflaumenbaum Mit vielen groƟen Pflaumen ragte auf unsere Terasse. Daher kamen vermutlich abends auch die vielen Wespen. Die es sehr hartnƤckig auf unser FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck abgesehen haben. Abends umschwirrten uns einige MĆ¼cken, aber das ist zu der Jahreszeit so. Der Weg vom Parkplatz zum Resort ist Ć¼ber Treppen erreichbar. Da wir mit dem Auto angereist waren und uns selbst versorgt haben, hatten wir einiges an GepƤck dabei, welches wir die Treppen hoch geschleppt haben. Das Appartement ist ausgestattet mit je 3 FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ckstellern, groƟen Tellern, tiefen Tellern, 2 GroƟe Pizzateller, 3 GlƤsern, Besteck, 2 WeinglƤser, 2 kleine Schalen, 2 Tassen, 2 Espressotassen, Unterteilen, 2 groƟe Latte Machiato Tassen, die wir als MĆ¼sli Schalen genutzt haben, eine kleine und eine groƟe Pflanne, verschiedene Tƶpfe und eine kleine Filter-Kaffeemaschine (fĆ¼r ca. 2 Tassen). Einen elektrischen Wasserkocher gibt es nicht direkt, sondern einen Edelstahltopf fĆ¼r den Gasherd. Ein Grschirrtuch/ Lappen/ Schwamm und SpĆ¼lmittel waren vorhanden. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

GƤstvƤnligt boende som krƤver bil

Ett lugnt och smƄtrevligt boende en bit bort frƄn Levanto. Inget att rekommendera utan bil, Ƥven om det bara Ƥr 2-3 km till stan. I levanto finns bara enstaka taxibilar och de Ƥr ofta upptagna. StƤllet bestƄr av ca 11 lƤgenheter utan frukost eller stƤdning (finns till extra kostnad). Den stora behƄllningen Ƥr poolen som vƄra barn verkligen uppskattade. I ƶvrigt har stƤllet en hel del renoveringsbehov och det ligger mycket brƄte pƄ omrƄdet. Omgivningen Ƥr lugn och vacker och personalen var mycket hjƤlpsam.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de sĆ©journer au Ressort Costa Morroni et je dois dire que c'Ć©tait un sĆ©jour absolument merveilleux ! L'emplacement est tout simplement idyllique, offrant une tranquillitĆ© incroyable, et le parking gratuit ainsi que la carte pour se garer Ć  la gare sont un vrai plus pour les voyageurs qui souhaitent explorer les Cinq terres sans se ruiner. Le personnel est exceptionnellement accueillant et professionnel, offrant de prĆ©cieux conseils sur les endroits Ć  visiter et les activitĆ©s Ć  faire dans la rĆ©gion. Leur attention aux dĆ©tails et leur chaleur humaine ont ajoutĆ© une touche personnelle Ć  notre sĆ©jour et nous ont fait sentir comme Ć  la maison. Les chambres sont spacieuses, impeccables et trĆØs confortables, offrant une vĆ©ritable oasis de paix et de dĆ©tente. Le petit dĆ©jeuner est Ć©galement dĆ©licieux, servi sur une terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la verdure environnante, et notre chien a Ć©tĆ© accueilli Ć  bras ouverts et a lui aussi adorĆ© son sĆ©jour. Enfin, lorsque notre fille a oubliĆ© sa peluche le jour de notre dĆ©part, nous Ć©tions dĆ©sespĆ©rĆ©s. Cependant, dĆØs que nous avons contactĆ© le personnel, ils ont immĆ©diatement mis en place une opĆ©ration de sauvetage pour rĆ©cupĆ©rer la peluche et nous la renvoyer Ć  la maison. Cela montre Ć  quel point le personnel est dĆ©vouĆ© et professionnel, mĆŖme aprĆØs notre dĆ©part. Dans l'ensemble, notre sĆ©jour au Ressort Costa Morroni a Ć©tĆ© absolument incroyable, avec des personnes authentiques et chaleureuses.

SkĆøn beliggenhed - ALT ALT for dyrt

Et fantastisk omrĆ„de i Italien - ligger centralt til ture til strand samt de fem byer, er dog nĆødvendigt at have bil, idet der er ca 1500 m til station og 2,5-3 km til havet Hotellej er simpelthen for dyr, man giver over 2.000 dkr i dĆøgnet, man ser ikke personalet, man fĆ„r ikke gjort rent uden ekstrabetaling, poolen er meget lille, badevƦrelset er ligeledes sƦrledes sƦrdeles smĆ„t (man kan ikke gĆ„ forbi hinanden). Det ville vƦre rart hvis man i beskrivelsen havde gjort opmƦrksom pĆ„, at man selv skulle have viskestykker, opvaskebĆørste og opvaskemiddel medbragt Vi havde en skĆøn terresse, men skulle man have sol og ville ligge pĆ„ liggestole, skulle man gĆ„ tol poolen Drr var bord og 4 stole - men meget plads og med tĆøjstati Vi var 4 personer. 2 sov i stuen/kĆøkkenet og dette fyldte halvdelen af rummet Alt i alt, prisen var ALT for hĆøj, min vurdering er, at 1.200 kr pt nat ville vƦre passende, ifet der ukke var noget ekstraordinƦrt/luksiĆøst udover beliggenheden Vi kommer gerne tilbage, MEN ikke til den pris

Avec une route pas agrĆ©able Ć  faire Ć  pied. Certes une navette mais il faut l commander Propre et personnel gentil et accueillant mais aucun service d'hĆ“tellerie. En fait on loue un appart. Un trĆØs bel Ć©tablissement bien entretenu, petit studio bien Ć©quipĆ©, confortable et assez propre. Nous avons eu un petit problĆØme dā€™eau chaude mais il a Ć©tĆ© rĆ©glĆ© en 5 minutes. Lā€™accueil est trĆØs chaleureux, elle parle le franƧais cā€™est un plus. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprĆ©ciĆ© le systĆØme de navette gratuite mis en place par lā€™etablissement. Lovely tranquil spot!

Initially we were concerned that we were a little bit too far outside of the town but the owners were awesome providing a shuttle to and from the town for the train, ferry or supper. We are usually walkers but were grateful for the rides. Having been on the road for nearly a month, we were also grateful to be able to do laundry! One night we decided to order pizza and stay in. We speak barely any Italian (really zero!) so they took care of confirming our order to be safe! We were looking for some quiet down time and we certainly got it. It was lovely being awoken by birds rather than traffic. We had a lovely little back yard with a quaint table and enjoyed quiet evenings with a bottle of wine, enjoying the tranquility away from the crowds. (Francesca - I bought Chloe!)

Clean, beautiful location.

Our hotel owner was very kind. He went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable. He even went out into the pouring rain to get my son milk. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were comfortable.

Je recommande cet endroit, la chambre est spacieuse et le canapĆ© lit dans le salon permet un sĆ©jour agrĆ©able en famille. Les propriĆ©taires sont trĆØs sympathiques et fournissent de bons conseils.L'appartement est moderne et trĆØs fonctionnel. Deux choses Ć  amĆ©liorer mĆŖme si je suis conscient que ce n'est pas un hotel, des heures pour le petit dĆ©jeuner un peu plus tĆ“t, et au regard du prix, inclure le nettoyage dans le prix de la chambre.

Die Appartements selbst sind groƟzĆ¼gig und praktisch eingerichtet. Jedoch gibt es keine Ć¼blichen Betten, sondern eine aufklappbare 2er Schlafcouch mit einer Matratze, die sehr unbequem ist. Bei jeder Bewegung kracht das Untergestell. Die Anlage liegt ruhig, 2km vom Bahnhof entfernt.

Great location, Nice service

We stayed 1 night at this hotel during our visit recently to Cinque Terre. The location is great because we drove to the hotel and parked the car outside for free. Levanto, where the hotel is, is the next town from Cinque Terre where it is almost impossible to park a car. Staying in the hotel provided a unique opportunity to drive from Milan and park the car and walk to train station and take train to different cinque terre towns. However, if you have kids, I recommend that you drive from the hotel to train station downtown Levanto and leave the car at the parking lot there since walking with kids to the train station isn't very safe since the streets are very narrow and there are no sidewalks along the way. The suite was clean. The service was great and very friendly. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfest wasn't rich but enough to start the day.
