"Traveling with a big family (two adults a 4 kids on this trip) is always a complicated task. But we all agreed this was the best place we've stayed - definitely better than the Airbnbs we typically need to accommodate all of us. The kids loved the pool, the video games, and the scavenger hunt provided at check-in. It was wonderful to have a kitchen and living space apart from bedrooms. We will be back!"

"It was a great resort except for not having air conditioners. It was very warm in the rooms both day and night. They had portable evaporation coolers which just added humidity to the air."

"We absolutely loved our time here. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The forest view was lovely and yet we were so close to the Heavenly Gondola. We had 5 adults and 4 children in the 6 bedroom Villa #11. We had a lovely view of the forest out the back and the Gondolas out the front corner windows. The listing does need to be updated for accuracy though. On the negative side there was no desk (although the listing said there was one). But, on the up side, the 6 bedroom listing said 4...
