"Beds were comfortable and clean, however the room had multiple coffee-colored stains on the carpet, on the bed skirt, and drips down the wall. Additionally, the bathroom sink had a leak underneath and one of our towels was damp from it and a bit musty. When we went to reception to report the issue and request a new towel, there was a long line so we did without (we did check in on a Friday afternoon, so busy was expected). "Hotel in a central location - very close to the bus and train station. Absolutely amazing breakfast which included omelettes, pancakes. Everything that you could think of. Very busy hotel which held outside events but where we stayed on the 11th floor very quiet. Why we didn't give it 5 stars - we were there for 3 nights of which 1 morning our room wasn't cleaned until after 3pm, despite the cleaning staff being outside our room at 9.30am and another morning wasn't cleaned at all!
