"Everything in the hotel was perfect"

"Excellent room, good size for 3 people, good utilities, good location."

"The hotel was extremely convenient being located right in the international terminal. We also had our luggage forwarded there from our hotel in Kyoto which made traveling to the airport hotel so much easier!"

"住宿勝在鄰近池袋鐵路站，附近有大型百貨公司及商場，食肆亦多選擇。 酒店住宿方面：房間設施比較落後，不是插房咭就亮燈那種；浴室換氣系統失靈，浴後牆壁天花都是濕的。 但職員都非常好，讚！"

"This was a brand new hotel and was lovely. The scent was nice. We arrived just before Halloween and they were having a Halloween masquerade ball in/on there rooftop lounge. It was really nice and decorated beautifully. The hotel is in a great location. It's right in the Oimachi Tracks, so there's a lot to offer nearby. There was a spa a couple levels down and plenty of shopping and food around. The hotel had a restaurant as well."

"The room was clean, but it could have been vacuumed a little better. It was interesting there is not a vent/fan in the bathroom, but you also have to keep the bathroom door closed when showering so the steam does not set off the fire alarm. This may be difficult for some to deal with when they take hot showers. The staff was very friendly and although the hotel is large, it is easy to navigate. Having convenience stores so close was also super helpful, especially when we had to express check out...

"The common areas are very old and gives you impression of being dirty. Hallways and restaurant on 12th floor need improvement. Definitively not with the money for a stay; considering you can find much better hotels in the area for the same money!"

"Excellent location. While I could hear the train, it didn’t affect my sleep. Nice breakfast options and very helpful staff. Great room and this time I also got a lounge access which was appreciated due to free pool access."

"Very nice hotel in a convenient location close to a subway station. Some restaurants nearby and a short walk to a nice park."

"The hotel and staff were great! A little far from the center of the city but there is a train station two blocked away which made it so convenient. And loved that it was so quiet in that neighborhood."

"Absolutely incredible stay! We will recommend this place to all our friends and family! Beautiful, clean property with outstanding breakfast and very helpful staff."

"Decent stay overall with a prime location. It is a large property, so don’t expect a personal or particularly warm experience. Front desk service could also use improvement—after being locked out of my room, I had a very long wait just to get the door opened, and was informed a replacement key required a fee. While the policy and wait were understandable (though not ideal), the staff member (Jang) was noticeably cold and unwelcoming throughout."

"This hotel is conveniently located close to the Shinjuku train station. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. They had convenient laundry rooms and a water station by the elevator. I would definitely stay there again!!"
