"Staff were amazing as was the breakfast, however our room was a bit tired and dated looking, even though we paid for a room upgrade. There were no USB charging points in the rooms and the bathroom definitely needs renovating. Also our room was on the second floor, front facing,so the road noise was quite loud. Request a rear view, or a room on a high floor."

"Beautiful setting with a upmarket vibe around the complex. Entrance lobby and reception very smart. Staff were helpful. We decided on the cheaper windowless room knowing there was a skylight with natural light. But skylight blind was broken . Room was not cleaned or replenished over the two day stay. Leisure facilities were very good but at £10 per visit per person remember to bare this in mind in price comparisons. Food was reasonable but quite pricey for what it was. All said I would return...

"We literally can't wait to go back. The location is absolutely perfect, the pool is awesome and the staff really lovely. The only thing that detracts is the 4pm check in which they seem to stick to, very rigidly. (Though our visit was during the heatwave of June so understandable if the rooms were taking longer to get ready). The cottage we stayed in was gorgeous and the complimentary minibar a lovely touch."

"Hotel is a little dated in parts but the rooms were spacious and clean, as was the whole hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from our room was fantastic and although close to the beach and town, it was surprisingly quiet at night. We fell asleep with the patio doors open and the sound of the sea."
