Management was very friendly and accommodating, and hotel has a small kitchenette with amenities, plus it's located next to a grocery store. "This property was perfect for our last night. Close to station, restaurants, sky tower and Tokyo plaza. Central 5-10min to all shopping. Fantastic little cafe downstairs and helpful hotel staff that allowed for an early checkin which was most appreciated as hotel checkin time is usually 5pm which is quite late. However the 2pm checkout was perfect. I did discover afterwards that our booking included breakfast. (My fault for not reading fine print but was also not mentioned by staff in check in...
