"Amazing room and stay, staff great. Great location"

"I have stayed at this hotel three times now, in the last three years, coming to Nagoya on my yearly Japanese vacation. The hotel is located in Sakae near a lot of shopping and restaurants, while being within walking distance of attractions like Osu Shotengai shopping street and Osu Kannon Temple. The breakfast buffet is first-rate with a lot of Japanese options as well as Western fare for the unadventurous. The staff is extremely polite, kind, and helpful as well as being very professional. I...

"The hotel is smaller, more fancy. 10 min walk to Nagoya station. There’s a scent they use in the hallway, I think it’s eucalyptus? Not a fan. We appreciated the beds being made daily and the fresh towels, but it was not necessary. A little wasteful to change out the towels every day. The breakfast buffet was a set menu with 4 choices, it was good, simple. They do not have laundry on site. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The neighborhood was quiet."

"Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location as it is above the Nagoya Station for taking trains or buses, a lot of food choices in nearby areas. Our room is clean and spacious with a view of the city and the train station, you can hear the trains going in and out of the station but not noisy or annoying. It has a coin laundry with 6 washers and dryers (two in one machine) which also accept wireless payments including IC card so it is convenient. It can also connects thru its...

"Easy and clean"

"Yup! Perfect spot to stay especially if you have kids or family or friends. First off, Nagoya is the town that is that perfect blend of big city but small town vibe. The hotel, was much more than a hotel it was a home. A beautiful decorated home with every thought into the needs of the guest. It felt like a luxury Airbnb with onsite hotel staff running this hotel home. From the free bikes to get your coffee, grocery’s or evening bite to the feeling of walking into the place and feeling you...
