"Overall a comfortable and good stay. Staff are friendly and greet you every time they see you. Room is spacious but you may get one that had a cigarette smell..make sure you open the windows to get the smell out. Very close to MRT which is a bonus. But food wise, thats hard to find without walking in early morning. Shopping centre food court dont open until 10am. Definitely value for money. Should consider their breakfast option included in the room rate."

"Le Meridien is a brand new hotel, very modern, but a bit short-staffed. It is a bit removed from the center of Xi'an, but quite close to the Terra Cotta site (ca 30 minutes), which was great for us as tourists. The breakfast was very good. We stayed in a "club" room so we had free access to the top floor lounge with a small dinner buffet and refreshments. When we checked in we found out that our room had two twin beds for the three of us, so the manager accommodated us by moving us to a king...

"The property is good with everything else but they won't turn on their AC system when the room temperature is already at 29C degree, the hotel cut off main AC so no matter what we do with the control inside, the temperature stay up, we complained but hotel says that's the way it is. I pay for a good experience, and temperature is important. for a hotel at this rate and this type of amenities, providing AC should be a requirement regardless of it is cool outside. "Stayed here for 6 nights and its incredibly convenient. its approx. 15-20mins walk to bell tower, Muslim Quarter, Great Mosque of Xi An and drum tower. Lots of food choices including push carts and bubble tea, beneath the hotel in the morning and for supper. The room was huge with bean bag (plus point!). Extremely clean as well. I love that there were a large variety of equipments in the gym and it was extremely well maintained. Light sleepers may like to request for rooms that are not facing the main street as theres supper place opposite the hotel and those who require ramps, pls note that there is a small little step before reaching the hotel lobby. The hotel receptionists were also very helpful and kind. They even assisted to call my carrier when there were hiccups to my online purchase. "
