"Two house keepers kept the room clean and well stocked. They provided exceptional service. The breakfast was great and all staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and beautiful. Only compliant is some guests were smoking on 5th floor and hallway smelled. This is my second stay and I will be back."

"The property was very good, nice clean and modern, but the location is bit busy and entry to the hotel is blocked by cars. not very easy to get inside the hotel. Uber dropped us on the street and walking into was a bit difficult with maneuvering suitcases through parked cars. Location is not quiet, but has transportation options."

"The room was damp but the hotel didn’t provide dehumidifier."

"Nice property next to a beautiful lake yet convenient to the city. Helpfull staff, clean rooms, and a nice breakfast buffet. A great place to stay when visiting Suzhou."

"Great"

"good, staff were nice and helpful"

"Hotel and room is clean and spacious. It was very busy with the music festive across the street, paid for an upgrade to get my room earlier than normal check in time. Alice from the front desk was very helpful."

"Super convenient location, 100m walk to train station and foods street. Room is big, quiet and very clean."

"Good location"
