"Everything was great"

"Excellent stay. From the very beginning, the concierge was welcoming and opened the door from our Didi taxi and lugged our bags towards the elevator. Our room was ready early and in great condition. Room amenities were top notch. All the staff was able to speak a little English and was patient with using a translator mobile app. The breakfast buffet had a large selection and variety and tasted great. The location was pristine as it was near the metro and an underground mini-mall with food...

"Spacious rooms with fully equipped kitchen, and generous size bathrooms. The use of a washer and dryer was much appreciated as we were on a three week holiday. Staff were super friendly and helped us with whatever we needed, to make our stay so enjoyable. Would highly recommend."

"everything was fine for our 6 nights stay with"

"The front desk and cleaning staff were great. We loved the breakfast. The laundry machines were useful and convenient you like shopping, the hotel is next door to the Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street and the Chengdu IFS mall."

"So glad we picked this hotel. Not sure how it was for other rooms but my friends and I had the big executive room which ended up being the perfect hotel stay for us. The place was very clean, smoke free and had all the amenities that we wanted. Would book the same hotel again if the other rooms were like the same."

"Not accurately presented on expedia"

"Excellent location with all necesary shops, rea houses, and restaurants around and access to great sites for visitors. Hotel is well designed and maintained, with helpful staff providing great information. Note if you take a taxi to the hotel, the driver can not send you directly to the hotel, but a easy walk towards front gate. Great stay, and we will surely be back for our next trip."

"Nothing to complain. Self serve free laundry is a great bonus. Lots of restaurants nearby and interesting places to see. Cleaning staff did an excellent job."

"very good"

"The pictures on Expedia were misleading. Only 5-8 floor belongs to the hotel. Lobby is on 6 floor if I remember correctly. The room seemed not well maintained. I can see mold inside vanity sink cabinet. No delivery robots like other hotels I stayed in China, the delivery man gets lost most of the time because the floors are like a maze. They were doing renovation during our stay, it was so dusty and noisy…. Two things I like about this property, the breakfast and front desk ladies. I paid...

"Lo unico bueno que es centrico pero es un hotel descuidado"

"We booked four nights and were upgraded on arrival to the Chairman's Suite — an enormous, beautifully kept space, and the best room of our entire China trip. The location is hard to beat: right on Dongda Street, a short walk to Taikoo Li, with great food in every direction. The little things were done properly. The hotel's delivery robot brings takeout straight to your room door, which never stopped being delightful. The gym was excellent for a mid-trip reset. Staff were warm and efficient...

"The receptionists could be more proactive in communicating with guests."

"Convenient location close to railway station."
